Picking one
of my most proud accomplishments to date is a challenging question.
My proudest accomplishments after finding love of my life and
being the father of 4 awesome kids, I would say it was my first real estate
sale! I remember how great it felt helping my cousin and her husband find
the perfect house for them.
To see how happy they were to be first time
homeowners was an indescribable feeling. I also took joy in how I was
able to negotiate such a great deal for my cousin and her husband. When
they sold this same house 5 years later they were able to walk away with a $50K
profit! Add to the fact I received an awesome first time commission for
my work made the experience exhilarating.
I want that feeling again!!!!
